Hyatt

This project was a complete modernization of the public areas and convention floors of the Hyatt Hotel. To minimize revenue loss during the hotel closure construction crews worked seven days/week, twenty four hours/day. This resulted in a short downtime of 3 months.

Additional meeting room space was created by adding a floor over the main lobby. Mechanical and electrical systems were rebuilt, new escalators installed, elevators modernized, and new room finishes installed. A unique glass water fall feature was constructed in the main lobby joined by a new bar, bistro and restaurant.
