Lilydale
One of the more recent process modifications Stuart Olson carried out for Lilydale was the addition of air chill rooms in both the Calgary and Port Coquitlam facilities. A technological advancement in poultry processing, the air chill rooms are designed as wet envionments with significant refrigeration and spray equipment requirements.
