Simplot French Fry Processing Facility

This project was carried out on an aggressive 11 month schedule. A precast concrete structure was used in the construction of the process area while conventional steel frame was used for the freezer utilities. A unique feature of the freezer is that it utilizes a direct loading approach from the freezer to either rail car or tractor trailer with no intermediate cooled clock space.
