Park Place

A 16 storey concrete residential tower that features a sloped standin-seam metal roof. The exterior skin of the building is 40% glass, the remaining 60% is equally split between brick and EIFS. The entire building is air conditioned, with individual heat/cool pumps provided in each suite.
