David LeMay, MBA
President & CEO
Stuart Olson
Mr. LeMay was appointed President & CEO effective June 1, 2013. Prior to that David served as President & COO from July 2012 to May 31, 2013.
Previously, David was President of Stuart Olson Industrial Group, which provides integrated products and services on behalf of the industrial sector for the company. Mr. LeMay has also served as President and COO of Stuart Olson’s Laird Electric Inc. subsidiary.
During his 25 years in the construction industry Mr. LeMay has been involved in all aspects of the field from estimating through project management.
David is a licensed construction electrician and has an MBA from Queens University.
Previously, David was President of Stuart Olson Industrial Group, which provides integrated products and services on behalf of the industrial sector for the company. Mr. LeMay has also served as President and COO of Stuart Olson’s Laird Electric Inc. subsidiary.
During his 25 years in the construction industry Mr. LeMay has been involved in all aspects of the field from estimating through project management.

Dean Beacon
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Olson
Mr. Beacon was appointed Interim, Chief Financial Officer in September 2019, and assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2020.
Previously, Dean was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Canexus. Dean joined Canexus in 2012 as Treasurer and Director, Risk Management, and then became Vice President Strategy, Risk and Business Development in 2014, prior to his appointment to Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2015.
Prior to joining Canexus, Dean held senior positions responsible for treasury, finance, risk management and marketing. Dean also brings experience from the banking industry, having previously worked at two of Canada's major banks.
Previously, Dean was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Canexus. Dean joined Canexus in 2012 as Treasurer and Director, Risk Management, and then became Vice President Strategy, Risk and Business Development in 2014, prior to his appointment to Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2015.
Prior to joining Canexus, Dean held senior positions responsible for treasury, finance, risk management and marketing. Dean also brings experience from the banking industry, having previously worked at two of Canada's major banks.

John Krill, P.Eng, MBA
President & Chief Operating Officer
Canem Systems Ltd.
Mr. Krill was appointed the President of Canem Systems in April 2017. For over 30 years, John’s career has focused on utility and multi-trade services within the Canadian commercial and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Canem Systems, John held a number of senior and executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and General Manager Service for a large, integrated multi-trade company.
John is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Woodstock Hydro Services Inc., and a past Director, Operations Support for Reliance Home Comfort. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a former member of Conestoga College's Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Program Advisory Committee.
Mr. Krill holds a MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Richard Stone
Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Stone joined Stuart Olson as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in November, 2016.
Previously, Richard practiced corporate commercial law at Bennett Jones LLP for 10 years where he was a partner shortly before joining Stuart Olson. He also spent two years as the Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Secretarial at the ATCO Group.
Prior to his legal career Richard worked in the aerospace industry holding progressively senior leadership positions at Canadian Airlines and MTU Maintenance. Richard has extensive knowledge across several industries and provides the balance between technical legal expertise and practical business management.
Mr. Stone holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), as well as a Bachelor of Commerce, International Business, both from the University of British Columbia.
