Subcontractor and Supplier Prequalification
Our success is rooted in the relationships we build with subcontractors and suppliers that have the relevant experience, financial resources and technical expertise to successfully deliver results that are necessary to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients. To ensure that we are selecting the most competent and qualified subcontractor and supplier partners, all subcontractors or suppliers bidding on work that is equal to or greater than $200,000 are encouraged to initiate the prequalification process at the time of tendering on any Stuart Olson project.
Stuart Olson utilizes the services of COMPASS Bespoke to administer the prequalification process on its behalf. Subcontractors and suppliers will be required to register with COMPASS Bespoke
(https://compass-app.com/auth/register) and submit all required information in order to initiate the prequalification process. All cost associated with the registration of COMPASS should be included in bid prices. The following documentation is required in order to initiate the prequalification process.
Procurement Contracts
All subcontractors and suppliers that are contracted to work with Stuart Olson are required to comply with the minimum insurance requirements outlined in the following documents.Standard Subcontract Agreement
Any work performed by a subcontractor or supplier on behalf of Stuart Olson shall be subject to, and governed by the terms and conditions of the Standard Subcontract Agreement listed below. By submitting a bid or quotation to Stuart Olson, a subcontractor or supplier is deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Standard Subcontract Agreement and, if engaged to perform work on behalf of Stuart Olson, agrees to promptly execute the Standard Subcontract Agreement.
Subcontractor Progress Payment Application
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Standard Subcontract Agreement, it is recommended that subcontractors and suppliers prepare and submit invoices to Stuart Olson using the following Subcontractor Progress Payment Application.
