The project began with an $80 million renovation to a 1972 educational centre that continued to carry on operations, progressed to a $165 million new college structure in the heart of downtown Calgary and is concluding with a further $20 million retrofit of the renovated old campus. Delivering this complex project has been most challenging and a key component to its success has been the construction management process and commitment of Stuart Olson.
