Widely recognized for his ability to lead complex, high level initiatives, Brent has consistently delivered operational excellence and long-term value for major international energy producers.
Throughout his career, Brent has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through critical projects, including asset life extension, brownfield revitalization, and the safe return of critical infrastructure to operation. He leads with a commitment to building high performing teams that excel in fast paced, technical environments.
In his current role, Brent leads MRO’s operational execution, where he is responsible for driving cost efficiency, and aligning operational performance with Bird strategic objectives. He is a recognized expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and enterprise budgeting, holding both a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation. Brent also holds an MBA, further reinforcing his ability to bridge technical execution with strategic business outcomes.
